North Bend Police Report, Dec. 17

Criminal Mischief
A report of a "male transient attempting open vehicle doors in drive thru," Thursday night, Dec. 13, 6:11 p.m., 1500 block Virginia Ave., led to an arrest.  According to an entry on the North Bend Police log, 22-year old William Vernon Emery, transient, was charged with Criminal Trespass II, Criminal Mischief III, Disorderly Conduct, Attempted Assault on Public Safety Office and Attempted UEMV.  Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.

Warrant
A report of "male drinking alcohol in vehicle," resulted in an arrest Thursday, Dec. 13 at Florida and Sherman avenues in North Bend.  According to an entry on the police log for 3:09 p.m., 53-year old Terry Lucky Price, Coos Bay arrested on Cite and Release Warrant from Linn Co. for Flight to Avoid, Attempt to Elude and warned for Drinking on an Unlicensed Premise and Carrying a Concealed Knife.

Probation Violation
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Thursday, Dec. 13, 10:41 a.m., Sherman Ave., "officer observed subject possible Probation Violation."  Thirty-four year old Christopher S. Carter, North Bend, arrested on Probation Violation charge and transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.

DWS
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Friday, Dec. 14, 1:16 p.m., 2100 block Newmark St., "off duty CBPD officer request assistance with suspended driver."  Forty-two year old Jonathan W. Bock, Coos Bay, charged with DWS Felony and cited for Driving Uninsured.  Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.

DUII
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for early Sunday, Dec. 16, 3201 Tremont Ave., Mill Casino, "report of possible intoxicated driver in a tan Nissan Xterra just leaving the casino.  Male driver."  Forty-five year old Richard Coberly, North Bend, cited and released on the charge of DUII (BAC 0.16%).

Disorderly Conduct
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Saturday, Dec. 15, 8:14 p.m., 1100 block Virginia Ave., "RP reported a male transient subject threatened to come back and rob him tomorrow."  William Emery, North Bend, transported to the Coos Co. Jail in Coquille on charge of Disorderly Conduct.

Burglary
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Saturday, Dec. 15, 2:40 p.m., 2000 block of Commercial St., "RP reported she discovered her home was burglarized when arriving home and finding the door was kicked in and several items missing."
