North Bend Police Report, March 11

Probation Violation
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Monday, March 4, 11:57 p.m., 3201 Tremont Ave., “Mill Security advised they have subject in the bar at location that has been drinking but he has inmate ID and states that he is not suppose to be drinking.”  Thirty-six year old Jason Murphy, Coos Bay, taken into custody on Probation Violation charge and transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
 
DUII
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Monday, March 4, 10:26 p.m., Virginia Ave. at Taco Bell, 23-year old John Roberts, North Bend, cited and released for DUII.
 
Warrant arrests
The search for a vehicle involved in a “suspicious circumstances call in Coos Bay” Monday, March 4, led to an arrest in North Bend.  According to an entry on the NBPD log for 8:52 p.m., officers located the vehicle and stopped it in Pony Village Mall, Virginia Ave.  Thirty-nine year old Dawn Davis, Myrtle Point, taken into custody on OSP warrant for Dangerous Drugs.  Forty-nine year old Ambea Welcher, Medford, arrested on Medford PD warrant for Failure to Appear on original charge of PCS Meth.  Both were transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.  Thirty-year old Misty Welcher cited for DWS Violation and Driving Uninsured.
 
Exposed
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Monday, March 4, 2:35 p.m., 1611 Virginia Ave., “RP reported seeing a male subject walking around the mall with his genitals exposed.”  Officer searched the area, unable to locate the individual.

Trespass
A report of a “unknown subject in RP’s garage,” Wednesday, March 6, led to an arrest.  According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for 10:25 p.m., 1500 block Meade St., 24-year old Levi Higgins Green, North Bend, was charged with Criminal Trespass I and transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
 
Burglary
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Wednesday, March 6, 4:27 p.m., 3400 block Spruce St., “RP reports his house was burglarized sometime today while he was at work.”  Multiple items were stolen including weapons.  A report was for Burglary I and Theft I was taken.

Burglary
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Thursday, March 7, 5:34 p.m., 3500 block Kinney Road, “RP reported house broken into.”  Report taken for Burglary I and Theft II.

Warrant
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Friday, March 8, 7:52 p.m., 2200 block Everett St., “attempt warrant service at location,” 38-year old Dianne E. Martinez arrested on CBPD warrant charging a traffic offense, but also will be referred for PCS and DCS.  Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
 
Narcotics
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Friday, March 8, 7 p.m., 1611 Virginia Ave., Pony Village Mall, “out with bicyclist near Ross Dress 4 Less,” 44-year old Harry E. Miller, North Bend, charged with PCS Meth.  Also warned for PCS Less than an Oz. Marijuana.  “Officer seized pipe for destruction.  Miller was transported to the Coos Co. Jail and his bicycle was secured for safekeeping.”
 
Warrant
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Friday, March 8, 10:52 a.m., 1700 block Virginia Ave., “RP request officer pickup wallet that was left.  Officer responded, picked up wallet, and contacted the owner to come to the station to retrieve it.”  Forty-two year old Michael Len Miller arrested on CBPD warrant for Probation Violation on original charge of PCS Meth.  Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
 
Battery theft
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Friday, March 8, 7:32 a.m., 2100 block Pine St., “RP reported theft of 12 volt RV battery from trailer, value $100.”

Criminal Trespass
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Sunday, March 10, 3:39 a.m., 3201 Tremont Ave., "Mill Security requests officer for subject they have in custody for failing to leave property."  Thirty-four year old Jeffrey Reichlein, Clackamas, cited and released for Criminal Trespass.

Warrant
During a security check at 3201 Tremont Ave., "officer out with subject at location."  According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Sunday, March 10, 12:23 a.m., 27-year old Robert Shewey taken into custody on two Douglas Co. warrants for Contempt of Court and Parole Violation.  Also, 27-year old Colby Busch, Coos Bay, taken into custody for Probation Violation.  Both transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.

Suspicious Subject
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Saturday, March 9, 11:49 a.m., McPherson & Virginia avenues, "RP reported suspicious male subject in combat clothing, helmet etc, walking north bound on McPherson Ave.  Officer contacted the subject, advised he is a teen dressed to play Airsoft later today north of the bridge."
