Value: $99.” Twenty-six year old Heather Wenner, Coos Bay, cited in lieu of custody for Theft III. “She was trespassed from Macy’s for 3 years and from Pony Village Properties for 1 year.”
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Tuesday, Nov. 12, 3:32 p.m., 1611 Virginia Ave., “RP reported male subject threatened another customer and is refusing to leave. Requesting he be trespassed from Mall Properties.” Sixty-one year old Robert Holcomb, North Bend, taken into custody for Disorderly Conduct, Resisting Arrest, Probation Violation, two-counts of Interfering with Police Officer and Assault on Police Officer.
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Tuesday, Nov. 12, 10:26 a.m., Virginia at Meade, “RP reported male transient jumped in traffic and appeared to be trying to bite tire of truck driving by. Officer responded/contacted subject and warned him of the complaint. Advised him to stay on sidewalk.”

According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Thursday, Nov. 7, 3:28 p.m., 1800 block Madrona St., “possible location wanted subject,” 22-year old Ryan L. Nicholas, transient, arrested on Oregon State Parole Board warrant charging Parole Violation.
Three skateboarders were warned/charged with Disorderly Conduct, and one was arrested, after they were observed riding against traffic in North Bend at Sherman Ave. and Newmark St., Friday, Nov. 8. According to an entry on the police log for 10:56 p.m., 26-year old Jason E. Gorhuis and 22-year old Alexander G. Morris with both warned for DOC, while 27-year old Michael F. Schurman, Coos Bay, initially refused to identify himself and was taken into custody. He was charged with DOC and transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille. At 11:25 p.m., Lower Edgewood Dr. and Newmark St., 23-year old Steven J. Johnson, Coos Bay, was cited in lieu of custody for Disorderly Conduct and released.
Entry on the North Bend Police log for early Sunday morning, Nov. 10, 5:50 a.m., 900 block Tower St., “RP advised when her husband awoke this morning, he discovered their back door open and drawers have been rifled through. Officers responded and checked the interior and perimeter of the residence. Report taken for charge/Burglary I and Theft II.”

According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Sunday, Nov. 10, 5:19 p.m., Ferry Road, “officer out with vehicle parked at end of Ferry Road”, Plymouth Neon. A 34-year old male, and 25-year old female, “both parties warned for Public Indecency.”
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for early Wednesday, Nov. 6, 3 a.m., 3201 Tremont Ave., “Mill Security request officer for 2 subjects that are trespassing at location. Subjects have been there for over an hour.” Thirty-nine year old John Thedford, North Bend, cited and released for Criminal Trespass II. Two other individuals were also permanently trespassed from the Casino.

Marijuana, DCS, & PCS Schedule I Meth. Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
